Sprout
just a few learning to slow, savour and serve
Sprouts are intentional get-togethers within and beyond the TRL community.
They are unhurried spaces where two or more people choose to explore, listen deeply, reflect honestly, and offer mutual encouragement to really live.

When you meet others at our Experiences and you want to go further to discuss and process, you can Sprout.
When you come across an event or activity that you think will benefit others, you can Sprout.

Sprouts can take the form of a coffee, a meal, a walk, or a simple meet-up – creating room for trust, care, and growth to take root over time.

Sprouts will help us cultivate a culture of attentiveness and intentionality — where people notice one another, take the first step to connect, and walk alongside each other.
These small, relational moments will create momentum that helps us enjoy our ethos and watch how it transforms us to really live.

🌱 Slow eg. spend time to list items that we are thankful for

🌱 Savour eg. allow everyone to introduce themselves and share their personal reflection

🌱 Serve eg. pray for one another or support a need collectively

5. Wrap up with time for each one to reflect :

🤔What did I find delightful during this gathering and why?
🤔What may I need to address or act on after this, to really live?

6. Share a summary of your Sprout on our fb {it adds courage to others 😀}
